Sower has again successfully accomplished the output of large-scale complete equipment—complete equipment for China’s largest nitrocellulose manufacturer.
The complete equipment is mainly composed of : material storage & conveying system(liquid storage tank, Ex.Proof magnetic pump, pipes,valves,ect.), guging vessels, high speed dispersing & mixing system(high speed disperser, low speed paddle mixer), filtering system(mobile filterign cart with Ex.Proof gear pump) and electrical control system(Ex. Proof operation box, electrical control cabinet).
The distinctiveness of the material (toxic, corrosive and flammable) determines strict Ex.proof requirement for the whole equipment. The protection grade for the equipment is IP55 with an Ex.proof grade of ExdⅡBT4. Furthermore, the whole conveying system applies special material with perfect tightness and leakproof ness with the purpose of meeting with production requirement, which is a sufficient proof of Sower’s capacity in offering customized equipment.
