The manufacturing of mushroom substrate production line has completed. The complete plant will be exported to Brunei after commissioning.

 

The production line is part of government-invested project by Agriculture Department of Brunei, and Sower has undertaken the design and manufacture of the whole equipment as well as the supplying of general solutions. Based on the production process, we have provided more advanced equipments with a higher degree of automation. This production line is composed of automatic raw materials feeding system, processing & blending system and automatic packaging system.

The raw materials feeding system includes screw conveyors for long-range transmission with multiple directions. The blending System generally consists of several ribbon mixers and an agravic mixer, which can realise on-line sampling and on-line detection of pH value, moisture and temperature. Product packaging & sealing will be performed by semi-automatic packaging machine. World famous brand is adopted for full-automatic PLC control system , and the touch screen enables convenient operation.

 

During the designing and engineering, specific worksite conditions have put restrictions on the height and layout of the equipment, and there is a higher demand for the weatherability and waterproofness of the equipments since most of them will be put outdoors. To meet customers’ demand in practicability and cost-effectiveness, we have had efficient communications with our customers and made several modifications of the scheme, and we finally reach an agreement on the equipment configuration &layout. The leakproofness and plate thickness are strengthened for outdoor equipments, and some accessories like the discharging valve adopt special anti-corrosion materials to meet the particular raw materials property.

 

In addition, workshops planning, auxiliary facilities and infrastructures such as the worksite foundations and pipe lines are designed by Sower and are provided along with the production line.
