Procedure introduction
The processing flow is mainly divided into nine parts: discharging, feeding, metering, controlling of pump and mixer, instrument, electrical control part, products transporting, filling and public works. There are different production lines for seven kinds of inks including various combinations of dispersing, milling, emulsifying and mixing machines. These production lines can accurately meter the feeding and filling equipment while adding raw material of different kinds of inks like auxiliary, mill base and titanium powder. It has more than twenty equipment controlling flows as that of the auxiliary,color pulp,storage tank area and workshop area.
Controlling objects and key points
To different formulas and crafts, the control on feeding and metering production of Ink manufacuture is performed by computer. For those explosive oil tank, temperature transmitter must be installed into thermometric port at the the bottom of tank and the temperature real-time record should be recorded in PLC.
